Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly offer either a replacement or a full refund. All shipping costs for damaged/defective returns will be covered by us. We will respond within 2 days of receipt of your request and refunds and exchanges are issued within 5 days.
Change of Mind Returns
If you decide to return an item for reasons other than damage or defect (for example, if you changed your mind), we will issue a refund once the item is received back in original, unused condition. In these cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at anythingis@possibyl.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Please include your order number (if online order) or a photo of your receipt.
- We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to your original payment method (minus shipping costs, if applicable).
Exclusions / Non-Returnable Items
Customized or Personalized items and Gift cards are not returnable.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
